Due to COVID-19, I am running all listed classes online via zoom. The Monday and Tuesday classes are currently FREE for all attendees. Please contact me if you would like to join any of them. I am hoping to start teaching the listed Tai Chi classes in parks at some point soon.
The following is a list of classes on offer. Please contact me about private lessons, setting up your own class, or events.

Type of class
: Over-50s chair-assisted exercise class, with a mix of strengthening and balancing exercises, run by Camden GLL Better. This class combines Tai Chi basics with seated resistance band exercises to work on strength, balance, and flexibility. All welcome

Type of class
: Over-50s class, run, and funded, by GLL Better (formerly Aquaterra Leisure). Chen style Laojia Yi Lu, or 74 movement traditional form. All welcome

Cost: Donation - suggested £1

What time: 7.45-9.00pm
Type of class
: Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan – mixed level. Beginners: 18 movement form, progressing to Laojia Yi Lu, and for more advanced students: Laojia Yi Lu, Laojia Er Lu, Xinjia Yi Lu and jian - straight sword form. Please note, new students must know Laojia Yi Lu (the traditional Chen-style 74 movement form) before progressing on to the sword form, or Xinjia.
Where: Hackney Forge, 243a Victoria Park Rd, London E9 7HD (entrance Banbury Rd)
Cost: £60 for 6 weeks, or £15 drop-in (£5 for first trial class)

Please note: There is a zen-style meditation group meeting at 5.30pm before the Sunday Tai Chi class. This is an informal group, and everyone is welcome. A basic introduction is given if requested, but there is no formal teaching given. It is a chance for any meditators of any style who would like the support of other meditators.
